Thursday May 10 @ 06:26ami often look at pictures similar to this and marvel over the fact that in each one of these little boxes is someone’s life, maybe a handful of people’s lives. a little individual box contains so much valuable personal meaning, maybe monetary value, maybe something that affects everyone around them, maybe just books and food, maybe people have been born or have died in their box. some of the boxes have had multiple owners, others have had families expand and fill more boxes. someone goes home to one of those little boxes every day, and lives their life in it, and at night there are stacks and stacks of thousands of people sleeping on top of other people’s boxes. in every city, in every country, all over the entire world.
